FAQ

☾ How long do I have to return my kit?

Your kit must be returned within 12 months of ordering. After this period, you can contact customer service to find out if it is still possible to return it.

☾ I can't add my product to the cart

If you are unable to add an item to the cart, it may be because: an option is missing to check / the product is out of stock.

If you are unable to validate and access the payment, this must be due to forgetting a mandatory box to check (like the one in the T&Cs).

☾ I wish to complete an order

Have you already ordered a piece of jewelry and a few weeks or months later you want to add a piece of jewelry to it?

It is possible! Just specify in the order comment that it is an order addition by specifying your old order number and if I have already sent your kit or not and if you have already returned it as well. Your second jewel will be made at the same time as the one from the first order.

☾ What are the lead times for making jewelry?

The design time begins on the date the kit is received at the workshop , and can vary by several weeks given that everything is handmade by Sarah only.

Currently about 30 weeks.
We will not fail to inform you of the progress of your order.

☾ What happens to my unused milk?

After your jewelry is made, your kit will be destroyed within a few months.

If you wish to recover the rest, you can note it on the kit document before returning it or in the order comment.
