Withdrawal form

In accordance with the Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code , you have 14 days from receipt of your payment to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons for your decision.

• If your kit has not been shipped, your order will be fully refunded.
• If your kit has been shipped, the amount of the kit will be deducted from your refund (i.e. €12)

After this deadline, Mamma latte is in no way obliged to accept the cancellation of your order, whatever the reason for it ( see general terms and conditions )
